Here are the upcoming activities for January. We hope you can join us for some or all of the events!J

Wed 13 Jan      Sunday School & Youth planning meeting – to be held at the Tuinona’s place in Inala. 6.30 Dinner beforehand. BYO radically creative ideas.

Thurs 14 Jan    International Food social Jam night – We are all bringing a dish from our native country (please Aussies..not too many pies LOL) followed by a social jam.

Sun 17 Jan       Summer Madness UC Youth Conference – ‘Australia you’ve got talent’ show @ Alexander Headland Conference Centre. The CREATE team has been invited to support the talent show for this conference from 10.00-11.30pm on the Sunday evening. It will involve doing a few songs and introducing and encouraging the various items from youth groups from around Qld. This could be a really fun night together with dinner provided around 6.30pm, a chance to hang out with some of the participants and chat to other UC youth co-ordinators beforehand and a showcase of different talent. We won’t have to set up as the main gear will already be there so it’s really just showing up for the night. I’ll have more info for you on Thursday evening.

Sun 31 Jan       Moreton Rivers Presbytery will be holding a combined youth service on the fifth Sundays this year in line with the other Presbyteries. The first one is scheduled for the 31 Jan at one of the Northside Churches. I’ll get back to you with the details once I have confirmation.
